North American Meat Association
The North American Meat Association (NAMA) named Nueske’s Bacon Cheddar Bratwurst winner of its 2014 Gourmet Sausagefest “Hold The Mustard!” Award. Competition results were based on a blind taste test conducted by representatives of NAMA’s 600 member companies.
Our winning pork and beef bratwurst is enhanced with the addition of Nueske’s Applewood Smoked Bacon morsels, smoked over smoldering embers of sweet Wisconsin Applewood, and genuine Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese.
