"...One comfort classic Saint Marc is betting big on: bacon.

The bacon bar menu includes 11 different bacon cuts and flavors --Nueske wild cherry, apple pie bacon, coffee rubbed bacon, English style bacon and garlic Parmesan bacon. Prices typically range from $1.50-$3; the tender belly habanero bacon is $20. One serving typically includes two long, thick slices.

“Bacon is that one dish you grow up with. It’s the great equalizer,” said Bearden, who previously held executive positions at Carmine’s in New York and MGM Grand Las Vegas. “We see bacon as a way of life.”"
