Ingredients
- 8 slices Nueske’s Applewood Smoked Bacon
- 8 slices Nueske’s Peppered Bacon
- 12 mini cinnamon rolls (store-bought or homemade)
- 12 mini powdered sugar donuts or Danish pancake balls
- 1 Cup strawberries (halved)
- 1 Cup blackberries
- 1 Cup blueberries
- 1 Cup green grapes
- 1 orange, sliced
- ½ Cup raspberry or mixed berry preserves
Method
- Bake the Bacon - Preheat oven to 400°F. Place bacon slices on a foil-lined baking sheet with a wire rack. Bake for 15–20 minutes until crispy. Keep regular and peppered bacon separate for easy serving. Drain on paper towels.
- Heat Pastries - While bacon is baking, warm cinnamon rolls and donuts according to package directions or until golden.
- Prep Fruit - Rinse and dry all fruit. Halve strawberries. Slice oranges into rounds or wedges. Keep grapes in small clusters.
- Arrange Your Board - On a large tray or platter: Fan out bacon in two sections (regular + peppered). Cluster cinnamon rolls and donuts together. Create vibrant piles of berries, grapes, and orange slices. Fill a small ramekin with berry preserves for dipping. Tuck in optional extras like nuts, whipped butter, or crackers if desired.
