Ingredients
- 12 oz Nueske's Applewood Smoked Duck
- 16 oz Pumpkin Ravioli
- 8 oz Butter
- 4 Sage Leaves
- 8 oz Mushrooms
- 1 Wedge Asiago Cheese
- 2 oz Walnuts
- 2 oz Chopped Garlic
Method
- Melt butter and add chopped garlic and sage leaves. Keep on low heat until brown. In seperate pan, saute mushrooms.
- Lay heated ravioli on plate and cover with brown butter sauce.
- Slice duck and place on top of ravioli with walnuts & mushrooms. Garnish with shaved asiago.
