Ingredients
- 4 oz Smoked Beef Slices
- 20 Slices French Bread
- 2 oz Butter
- 1 Gorganzola Wedge
- Gorganzola Cream Cheese
- Balsamic Glaze
- Microgreens
Method
- Spread butter on crostini and bake for 5 minutes to warm.
- Spread gorgonzola cream cheese on crostini.
- Roll smoked beef into cylindrical shape and place on top of crostini. Garnish with small chunk of bleu cheese crumble, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and top with microgreens.
